When you submit the enquiry form or email or call us, we collect your name, work email, phone number (if you give it), company name, company size, country, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. We collect this only so we can respond to you.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time, for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on the Site.
3. Cookies and local storage
The Site does not set cookies. It stores one preference (your light or dark display choice) in your browser's local storage so the Site looks the way you left it. That value stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of the relationship and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised within 24 months.
