People operations, handled properly.
Talos takes on the routine work behind hiring, onboarding, records and payroll, and can act as your employer of record where you need it. Where employment stays with you, we work inside your own systems.

Employ people without running everything yourself.
Where you want people working for your business without setting up the employment side yourself, Talos can act as the employer of record. We handle the employment contract, payroll and administration, and you direct the day-to-day work. Scope, locations and terms are agreed for each engagement, and we work alongside your own legal, tax and benefits advisers.
- Employer of record services available
- You direct the day-to-day work
- Or keep employment with you and let us work in your systems

HR and payroll support, answered.
Do you act as employer of record?
Yes. Where it fits, Talos can be the legal employer of the people who work for you. We agree the scope, locations and terms for each engagement.
What is the difference between an EOR and a PEO?
A PEO typically co-employs your existing workforce alongside you and bundles benefits. An employer of record becomes the legal employer of the workers who do the job for you. We will explain which fits your situation.
Do we have to move to your payroll platform?
Not if employment stays with you. In that case we work in the platform you already use.
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. We prepare and process work to your instructions and refer legal, tax and benefits questions to your advisers.
Can we hand over just one part?
Yes. Many clients start with onboarding or payroll preparation and add more later.
How is employee data protected?
Team members work under NDA with access limited to what each role needs. See How We Work for details.
